NEED SUPERVISION & Terrible service due to miscommunication..date of service 12/22/11

After waiting an hour and half on workers to show I was told window could be installed from outside of master bedroom window,that workers DID NOT NEED ACCESS TO INSIDE OF HOME what so ever.An hour later I have my alarm comp. calling saying my hallway sensor went off, I call FiveStar they contacted the workers and were told a screw fell,I said not possible how would a screw falling in master make my hallway sensor go off,some how one of these intelligent window installers figuered he go thru the broken window of my master room and install,WITHOUT MY CONSENT OF BEING INSIDE THE HOME, and once complete he said he was stuck inside so he figured he go out thru front door.Once he stepped foot out of master room,alarm went off thankfully who knows what real intentions he had. If that was the case and this brillant worker was a fool and managed to put window up and get stuck common sense would've been open window take screen off and get out NOT travel thru the home.NEED SUPERVISION @ ALL TIME.

Not a HAPPY CAMPER

I recently had Five Star do some work for a custormer and was taken back by the staff in the office and the workmanship on the job. I was talked down to by the employee that gave me the quote. Than had to wait for the work to be completed, for weeks past the promised finished date. To this day the work still has not been corrected. Stay way from this business if you want the job done right!!!
