The poorest customer service, and not very knowledgeable. by
BEWARE! USE AT OWN RISK!! -
Talk about giving you the run around. They never call you to update you on the progress of your TV. When you call them they come up with a different excuse every time for taking so long for TV to be repaired (5 weeks in the shop). Then they tell you they will call you right back and never return your call. I Picked up my TV with original parts after 5 weeks and not repaired. I figured it is not worth the hassel of fixing a TV and went and bought a new one. These days TV's only last 3-4 years anyways no matter what brand you buy. Use this company at your own risk. Keep up on them or they will try to keep your TV for 90 days so that it becomes their property (per their contract). Good luck and best wishes.

I had them repair my 40" plasma and a 25" RCA. I had to call every time to check on the status of both TVs. I always got "Oh, we had to order a part, it should be in tomorrow." After they have had it a week or two. They do not keep you up-to-date. Very bad customer service. Come delivery time they stood me up twice and never showed up. I have to take off of work to meet them. The first repair on both TVs did not work. The RCA was taken back immediately the first time. The plasma gave out within a couple of months. Of course it was something else gone wrong and another $100+. The RCA worked for a couple of weeks and now does nothing but click, click, click. I would never recommend them to anyone.

The techs at Five Star Electronics have been doing my TV repair for more than 8 years. My dad used them before me and my grand dad before him. They recently fixed my new Samsung LCD under the manufacturer warranty and also fixed my dads LG plasma that was no longer under the warranty. They did a great job on my LCD and gave my dad an awesome price to service his plasma TV as well. They did a very quick and quality repair. Highly recommended!!

I was going thru Albuquerque, when my 40 LCD in Big Bertha, my motor coach failed. I called Roman @ Five Star and told him my problem and how we had to be in Amarillo in 2 days for my son's rodeo. He said no problem. Checked the unit out, ordered parts, fixed and billed Samsung for the warranty repair in less that 48 hours! Thanks Five Star!!
