Unable to deliver on promises. by yvetteo - 02/19/2008
Their representation of services and facilities is not accurate.

I specifically asked if the pool would be available. They said yes and if not I would not be charged the membership. Now I am told I will be charged and no, there is no pool available at the time. A lot of other things are less than what they say such as the coffee corner (literally a corner with one table, refrigerator with water, and a blender with no one to blend), tanning beds, etc.

If you want to join make sure you are shown everything they say they have.
