The whole process was made very easy for us compared to our first home. Josh kept us very in touch with everything that was happening and always gave us a heads up so we knew exactly what was going on. We were very impressed by the down-to-earth nature of the whole team and their knowledge of their work. Especially impressed with the quality of the work. Also, First Down beautifully remodeled our previous home and did it quickly and cleanly. Their work definitely helped sell that house!Keep up the good work First Down! I Will Never Use Another Contractor Besides First Down by Logan1 - 01/23/2009I have recently moved to Southern Utah and have a different company renovating our home. Needless to say, we are very unsatisfied but "stuck". When I lived in West Jordan, First Down did a remodel on our home that took a few days and at the end of each day he left the home cleaner than when he arrived. This job literally sold our home and we can't say enough about the timeliness and craftsmanship.

We were somewhat skeptical because of the horror stories you hear about with some contractors. Let me tell you, First Down is a first class operation. Josh, the owner, was on top of every detail during the whole process. He was very good to communicate with us and always available when we had questions for him. We get so many "wow's" on our home. If you are looking to do anything on your home, I would highly recommend First Down Construction. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. The whole team was great. They kept everything very clean, and were very easy to work with. Two thumbs up!!!!
