Ordered a cab 6 hours before pick-up time, they never showed up. The dispatchers lied about arrival times when I called to ask where was the taxi. The manager finally came on the line and told me that since I was a first time caller, they would rather deal with their regular customers. This company is a big waste of time.

I ordered a cab the previous night to take me to work. He never showed up, lied and when i called to get his location, the idiots lied and told me he was waiting there at the scheduled time when i was waiting downstairs for him. I will never use this company ever again.

We had a great experience -- the taxi was here within 10 minutes, the rates were more than fair (just $8 total) and it was a smooth experience from start to finish. We will use them again for sure.

Couldn't be happier. Great price and great service. Tom was our diver on 4/25. Even in the heart of rush hour, he got us to Midway airport in record time and taught us a cool short cut! No worries there! Jerry was our driver for the way home. He was on time picking us up, and was interesting to chat with. We will be using this company again in the future!
