We closely collaborate in all areas of architectural and technical disciplines in order to establish a comprehensive consistency throughout the project. From master plan to completion, we make sure the project scope, programming and aesthetics are in sync with the programmatic needs and cultural sensitivities of our clients. This integrated approach enhances the potential for imaginative and successful solutions to every project.

Firm Ground ensures that design concepts are clearly illustrated
and understood at all phases of the design process. We will make
sure we are efficiently communicating with all stakeholders
using visual aids such as 3D models and renderings, as well as
material samples, to make sure everyone involved understands
the design concepts. We implement these strategies to
eliminate owner initiated change orders due to discrepancies
between the vision and the end product.

Beyond our design approach, we have a very systematic process
for assigning responsibilities and establishing deadlines. Our
checklists clearly set benchmarks for progress, to ensure that
all project deadlines are met. These checklists are also a tool for
establishing accountability among team members, so no task
falls between the cracks.

Principals from the design team will be working directly with you
on the project, getting an experienced team that has a hands on approach. The design team will coordinate highly accurate construction documentation. Our team is confident we can provide documents that will minimize change orders in a competitive bidding situation.

Time is money. Without question, quality and innovation take
time to envision and bring to reality. In our economically driven
work, time translates quickly to resources, and preparation is
critical to success. Any innovation we bring is vetted through
study and continuing research that we apply to many project
