Towing and Service by Tony - 12/01/2009My ailing old Honda Civic failed to start and I had no way of getting it to anyone Finley Express sent out a tow truck that happened to be in the area. The mechanic recognized the problem right away and replaced my High performance spark plugs with a more common one. It seems the high performance ones are not so good on some older engines. For the cost of a tow some plugs and a few minutes time by the mechanic I was back on the road. I recommend them to all my friends. They are good folks trying to make a living the right way, by working for it.
What a joke by Andy - 11/24/2009O.k, so now I know why I should alway go to a dealer. These guys towed my car to their shop to be repaired with a "discount". They had to replace an ABS sensor, when I got the repair done I called the dealer to double check prices, THE DEALER WAS $200.00 LESS THAN THESE CROOKS!!!!! When I called to complain the kid who claimed to be the owner started cussing me out. Terrible experience, I will be calling the BBB on this shop.
Finley Express will always be on my speed dial by chris - 10/27/2009Recently, I took my truck into Finley express to have the heater fixed. Being that it is a newer vehicle I was slighltly reluctant to take it any place other than the dealer. I gave Finley a shot and it turns out that they were considerable less than the dealer and 10 times more friendly. Finley now services my company's vehicles and our company carries Finley's number. Great people to work with and a great value!
Amazing Experience! Very Friendly and Helpful Staff! : ) by *Happy*Happy*Joy*Joy* - 09/17/2009I had my car towed in to Finley for repairs and my whole experience was awesome! Everyone (from the tow truck driver to the service writer to the mechanic) was very knowledgeable and friendly. They even took the time to show me the broken part that had been replaced and educate me on what warning signs to look for in the future. I would highly recommend Finley Express for any automotive repairs or towing that you need!
Just stay away! by John - 08/25/2009Had a car towed in to my shop for repairs. The tow druck driver from Finley Express hooked to the car near the fuel lines causing damage to 3 lines. The line assembly could not be repaired and had to be replaced. It took them over a month to mail me a check for the repairs (after calling multiple times and being told the chack has already been mailed). Finally the check arrived and, you guessed it, it bounced! I called for a credit card number to just get it overwith and ... DECLINED!! I don't know if I will ever get paid but I am still hoping. If you are still reading I hope you know by now to just call someone else!
Terrible Experience with this business by RippedOff - 07/29/2009I had the tow driver pick up a car to tow to the dealership. He said to use Finley Express for the repair work because they would be alot cheaper and I would get 1/2 off the towing charge. I went with his recommendation. They tried to charge me $250 to replace a battery with the battery cost being over $100 not to mention the $94.25 for 1 hour. I told them forget that and I would pick up the vehicle...ended up paying $175 for the tow and checkout of my vehicle. Not to mention alot of attitude and cussing from the employee there.Went to AutoZone and got a 5 yr warrently battery for $74.
LIARS AND CROOKS!! by Ripped off cliants - 07/07/2009We took our car in for a simple heater hose replacement.we were charged 265.00 for this job,100.00 for parts, 100.00 for labor & 65.00 for "diagnostic" which KEITH didn't add into the price until after they quoted us 200.00 and came to pay. this replacement was supposed to take 3 days,it took 1 1/2 weeks.when we got our car back,it was still leaking & they told us the "seal" was broken as well.why this was not seen before, who knows? at this point,we had to return the car to them where they charged us another 140.00. this was 80.00 for labor & 60 in parts.we got our car back & when my husband was driving to work the next day,SURPRISE,it broke down on the highway. We had it towed back, they told us it was the alternator.they asked for 200.00 to fix this!I guess the 400.00 they got from us was not enough. we took the car to 2 other shops for estimates, whom told us they would have done original heater hose replacement for 60.00 plus parts. The alternator is fine. they are LIARS and CHEATS!
