Provided by YP.comfed-ex needs to straighten their customer service out... they FED-EX BLAMED KINKOS FOR SWITCHING LABELS ON A PACKAGE... after days on the phone ,review of the office tape and some network searching it was discovered that they fed-ex mistakenly delivered the package to a college campus in the same city but blamed kinkos.. they did this several times in conversations with them trying to locate the missing package...apologies to kinkos.
