Completely unreliable. Need to remind this company that we use Fedex for next day delivery. I was expecting package on a Saturday, they report that the address is wrong, it is not wrong. Call 800 number and struggled to understand the representative's speaking voice and was informed that if they can not deliver on same day they will deliver on Monday. Poor service, ugh!

This service stinks. I was expecting some medications to reach me on 03/07/12 . AS a result , my wife waited at home taking the day off in order to receive the package on my behalf. She actually saw the Fed Ex vehicle came and left shortly after . Believing that nothing had come for us she paid no mind to it. When I arrived home from work that night I found a notice on the door stating that no one was at home.

The agent/courrier did not at any time make an effort to call inside or knock on the door. he calmly came to the door and stuck his notice there and went about his way.

I want to state that this is not the first time that this had happened to us. I am sure that a lot of other clients suffer the same fate daily by this unwilling person.

I call on the management of the branch at 151 Interpark blvd to investigate this urgently. I wish to advise that someone will be waiting at the second call to collect these much needed medications.

I went it to estimate the cost of a package I was wanting to send to Florida. First the girl never greeted me and nor told me shewould be with me shortly(she was helping another customer). Then when she finally did get done she asked what I needed and basically helped me in no way. She pointed to these things and basically that was all she did. She is not friendly nor helpful. Anyways I ended up going to UPS store and they were able to help me out! so that is where I took my shipment.
