Sadly it appears this Fed Ex is allowing possibly racially motivated treatment toward people of color. We noticed how the very fat female white adult with red hair treats people of color. She turns a blind eye on white people. She uses selective enforcement toward people of color. This is a violation of Calif. Gov. Code: 12900. She was heard telling a paying customer: " Its against Fed Ex policy to be on this private property if a person is not using the printers or computers ". Yet, most recently the female white fat adult . With red hair. Turned a blind eye on a female white adult homeless vagrant sleeping and snoring in the customer only bathroom. Then the female white adult homeless vagrant was then observed sleeping and yelling while sleeping on the computers. This is loitering : Calif. Penal Codes: 647g and 555.2. Plus: Disturbing the peace. Calif. Penal Code: 415. Being loud and boisterous. The fat female white adult with red hair asked the female white adult homeless vagrant to leave. Yet the female white adult homeless vagrant did not leave for three hours later . The female white adult homeless vagrant continued to yell and scream. This is a violation of : Calif. I honestly must admit things are significantly improving. The new employees are striving to do a great job. At last the bathrooms are being cleaned. What might be helping is closing the bathroom at night. then open the bathroom at : 07: 00 A.M. Previously vagrants would urinate all over . Then stink up the bathroom. Not too mention vagrants carry lice. The bathroom should be for paying customers only. The solution: Require none paying customers to pay: $10.00 to use the bathroom. This will prevent vagrants from urinating all over. Plus: Prevent vagrant from leaving lice and other disease. Like hepatitis: A. Which comes from vagrants that enjoy being filthy. One more issue: We noticed a very nice customer striving to use the posted free internet . The nice customer wasn't bothering any one. Just sitting by his self. Then a elderly female white adult told the nice customer to go use the center area. Where its considered the proper station to use the free internet. The elderly female white adult, sounded harsh , rude, sarcastic, also very biased. I have observed many female white adults and male white adults use their lap top any where they want. She gave a very weird strange stare at the nice customer. She looked the nice customer with a strange vindictive stare. This is what she was heard saying: " The internet has always been slow"! The question is why hasn't the lazy manager fix the problem? With : Free high speed internet ? If this Fed Ex , knows they are having a problem with the internet. The question is what is being done to fix the problem? Love for customers is not a noun. A person , place or thing. Love for paying customers is a verb. This is a action word. How long has there been slow free internet? One year or ten years. Isn't time for a much more competent and reliable internet provider? Or is this : False Advertising ? Is the manager turning a blind eye? On the piss poor free internet. It takes hours and hours to get on the free internet. Why? My suggestion: Relocate the onsite manager to Arizona. Most recently the very same elderly male white adult has been observed loitering on this private property going on two plus years. The exact name of the vagrant is not known. So lets refer to the vagrant as: A.K. A. Bob. The vagrant has been sleeping in the front and back of this Fed Ex. Pictures were taken of the vagrant. Once they are developed they will be posted. Also he does not do any business with : Fed Ex. So this is : Loitering: Calif. Penal Codes: 555.2 & 647G. Possibly: Calif. Penal Code: 372 & 373 . As we know this is public nuisance. So if the Fed Ex bathroom is suppose to be closed at : 10:00 p.m. Where does the vagrant use the bathroom? His vehicle is a gold Suv. Calif. plate: Surph. The vagrant : A.K.A. Bob does a have a bald spot. Also another possibly vagrant has been occasionally loitering or parking his truck over night . With a small trailer on the back. With equipment. Now it appears the slightly fat and over weight at will employee is condoning of the vagrants loitering and camping out over night? The at will employee wears a mustache. He could be Hispanic? Its unknown why she is deliberately turning a blind eye on the none customers camping out at night. By now she could have asked the corporate office to put a security guard in place. Now where is in the employee hand book to allow vagrants to camp out over night ? In the front and back of the store? This is a threat to public safety. Why?
