    Customer Service at FedEx Stinks by RandyM - 07/30/2009
    Keybank sent my package via FedEx to the wrong address in Colorado Springs. It was supposed to go to Broomfield. I called the 1-800 number and the lady I spoke to gave me the correct address that they noted on the account, and said it would be delivered the next day. Well, it's the next day (now 5 in total) and I still don't have my package. The online account states the 2nd time now delivery exception but this time it states Incorrect address recipient moved. I called customer service back and could not even understand the person that answered the phone. I asked him to spell his name, ans still did not understand. I hung up and finally got someone that spoke clear english. He connected me to the local FedEx station after 25 minutes of waiting on the phone, and I'm going pick up the package at the station. My god! All I want is my package, but this company acts like it is an act of Congress. The worst service ever! When is corporate america going to hire Americans back?

    In spite of personal conversations with the manager at the Aztec, NM office and an occasional discussion with the FedEx ground driver, the company continues to deliver packages to the wrong address and claim that they were left at the address on the shipping label. Now the driver is gun shy and does not even knock on the door so the person can tell him that the package must be delivered to the right address. Crappy customer service on all fronts.

    Fed Ex does not have a good Customer Service phone system. It is a computerized voice system that does not recognize your voice commands. Very not customer friendly, and I still don't have my packages from two weeks ago. I am not amused.
