Won't honor warranty by
The heat exchanger had a 20 year warranty. They insisted on $98 paid up front to determine if the situation was true. Short story is they'll replace it for labor cost only, and oh by the way, the labor is $2300. Run and go somewhere else!
Dishonest, Thieves and incompetent by
I had this company come and do some work on my boiler. They installed it about six years ago. I expected a company like this to have tech's that have some knowledge and know how to read diagrams. Well no they don't and I just found out they piped my boiler backwords!! You open the installation diagram and it is perfectly clear where to start. When they came to service my boiler they didn't even identify this obvious problem. Then while they were here I identified, not them, that I needed a new damper actuator. They quoted me a price of $800, then came down to $600. I called a couple of supply houses and bought one for $116 and it took me 5 minutes to install it. These guys are thieves on top of being incompetent. For gods sake don't use this company or you will be sorry!
Got my parts by
My furnace motor burned up and it's a 1973 model. They had a good motor at a reasonable price and were good to deal with. Charlie condita
Very disappointed! by
Very poor scheduling! When we finally got the service man out it was a big disappointment. He fixed (hopefully) the furnace but when asked if he was willing to set the thermostat he would charge me $45.00!! Got ripped off when I payed $119.00 for a $30.00 sensor and $100.00 to come out to put the sensor in.I will not do any business with them again.
Dishonest and poor customer service by
I was given the run around by Tambra (Tam) for about a month. First, I scheduled an annual service call that was cancelled and then re-schedule only to have the tech. be a no show the second time. Next, I was offered a filter "free of charge" to compensate for the inconvenience. I was told by "Tam" that she would deliver it personally. Well after a months worth of phone calls met with excuses and lies, all from Tam I might add, I asked to speak with a manager. I was put in touch with "Don" who would not even began to listen to my complaint. He told me to talk to Tambra! When I told him I didn't want to talk to her anymore, I wanted to talk to him, he cut me off and put her on the phone anyway. The resulting conversation was as uncomfortable and weird as it could get. Tambra alternated her crying with apologies and her claims that she is going to lose her job over this and that she really is a good person. What a complete freak! This is seriously who they entrust to schedule and handle their customers?? My experience with this company left me completely baffled how they could be in business for as long as they have been . Stay far away from this company. Total lack of professionalism, no customer should ever be subjected to this!
Beyond DISAPPOINTING! by

I have been a loyal customer for years but now after my last experience with this company it has left me wondering how they can even stay in business? Starting with their scheduling employee, Pam, who doesn't return phone calls about upcoming appts. or any appts for that matter. It was confusing to me that if an appt, is set for an afternoon then I would anticipate seeing a service person that afternoon right? Then after calling to see if anyone was coming, Pam gave the excuse that they don't do afternoon appts. on my side of town? Gee, how was I suppose to know that when the appt. was set. After paying almost $100, they were suppose to contact me the next morning about the part. Another no phone call so after calling Pam and confirming that they were going to look for the part I forgot to ask about the cost of an install on a new furnace. I called right back and Pam said she would call a referral for a boiler guy since they do not install new furnaces. So, the referral called me a couple hrs. later and was told by Pam that my boiler needed to be fixed and also I needed an estimate for a new install, (I own a duplex and was looking to replace my tennant furnace) I was confused since I "thought" my last conversation with Pam was that she was going to find a part for my furnace and the referral was for the new install. A bit perplexed I called Pam. She told me that she gave the job to the referral guy since I would probably want the billing under one address and Mike is a good boiler guy. I asked what was wrong with your boiler guy & she said Oh, mark's good too!My conversation with Pam went nowhere as I was tired of listening to excuses...I asked to speak to the manager so she put me on hold. Seconds later she picked up and proceeded to inform me that she is a caring person and that she cares about her customers and blah, blah, blah. I responded by letting her know how rude and unprofessional her conduct was and that the referral was for the new install which I can get the estimate anytime on that job but the referral was going on vacation and my furnace is still broke!!! Pam said, "ok" and put me on hold.....the line went dead! Of course, the next day trying to retrieve a little bit back from the $100 service call went down the toilet. This rating far exceed DISAPPOINTING!!!!
Ripped Off by
We came in looking for some fuses, and were sold 3 amp "special" fuses for $6 a piece. Bought 10 of them at O'Reilly's for $6. I just hate getting ripped off. Won't do business with them again.
This place is a bunch of crooks. I purchased a part and it was faulty and had to have someone come fix it. They would not refund or exchange the part. Horrible customer service
