Dr. Abbas Fazel is a 1977 graduate of the University of Newcastle upon Tyne in England. He practiced general and cosmetic dentistry in London for eight years before moving to Arizona, where he has maintained a successful practice in Scottsdale since 1987.

Dr. Fazel offers general dentistry services, and particularly enjoys performing restorative and cosmetic dentistry procedures, including all-ceramic crowns, bridges, laminate veneers and dental implants

It is no secret that fear is the primary reason people avoid dental appointments. Dr. Fazel uses a variety of calming approaches to dentistry, some of which begin before you even sit in the exam chair. Courteous staff and an attractive waiting area are the first details patients notice when entering the office.

In the exam room, Dr. Fazel offers pain-free injections and sedation to those who fear a painful treatment. 3-D glasses provide a pleasant distraction to relax patients while undergoing dental procedures.

Dr. Fazel believes strongly in utilizing technology to provide patients with the best care possible. His exam rooms are equipped with television screens, computers and intra- and extra-oral cameras to allow patients to view their teeth and better understand their treatment needs.
