I'M STILL WAITING!!! by
Can you hear me now? -
My son had a 3:15 appointment today with one of the doctors. It was 4:33 when we were finally called back and 5:35 when we finally checked out.. I spoke with the 'Practice Administrator' (Office Manager) and he was very apathetic and unprofessional. He did not apologize for our wait and seemed offended because I inquired about the long wait time. He said the doctor was running a little behind time and defended their system of scheduling customers (in 15 minute intervals)......I like the doctors that we've seen there but the long wait time is ridiculous! I hope the proprietors are listening & are willing to fix this annoying problem!!
My wife HAD an appointment for 8:00 am. She was there a few minutes early, signed in, paid the fee, told to wait. Other patients were taken in for rehab, including others who came in AFTER her. She sat and waited.....and waited....and waited, the therapist(?) and other office personnel were chit-chatting in the office. After half-an-hour, my wife asked what was going on and received a lame response. My wife asked for a refund, and just as she was getting to leave the therapist called her name.Yeah...way to go....it's all about the Benjamins....not about the patient....way too overpriced and piddle on delivery.
Look Ma, no waiting! by
My first visit with my daughter, I found the location to be very convenient easily accessible and parking was non stressful, unlike the mass of clinics beside Cape Fear Hospital. The staff and service was fast, controlled and professional. The doctor was attentive and appeared to be thorough in his examination and asked alot of questions "which was a compete role reversal" from what usually happens. I am very much looking forward to using them again!
