I bought a suite for 145 dollars and was assigned to room 305. The room had a jacuzzi tub and mirrors above the tub which was great. Great didn't last long. I woke up close to 4 am to bed bugs. I immediately threw back my blankets to make certain that this was what I was seeing. First bug..blood smear. Second bug crawling away was filled with blood. I went to speak to the receptionist to notify someone of the issue. The receptionist (white male) informed me that the hotel was filled to capacity and that he wouldn't be able to transfer me into another room. Okay understandable..but what next? So, I asked if there were any other options. If my room rate could be prorated or adjusted since I'll no longer be able to stay in this room. The receptionist said that he couldn't do this and that I would need to speak to a manager. Understandable. Maybe simply above his scope or job description. I left the hotel around 4 am that morning and drove two hours back home and called the mana..

I was iffy about this hotel because of the location, however after being in the room for five minutes I LOVE it. The tv is plasma and bigger than any tv I have seen in a hotel. Free HBO and DVR like system (pause, FF). The room is decent size and even has a love seat. Perfect for not only myself and husband but our two toddlers as well. Clean and comfy beds and very nice staff. I will not stay any place else when we are looking for a hotel. Great price and great location! They have also added a treadmill to the gym! The hotel has been completely fixed up with new furniture etc and new owners!

This hotel was very clean, the staff was very polite, and to top it off they have new furniture. Only thing is I wish they had a treadmill to go with the gym. I'm very picky when it comes to hotel rooms especially the ones that carry animals. This hotel is definitely one of the best hands down. Keep it up. Will definitely stay there again.

This was possibly the most horrific hotel I think you could possibly imagine. We don't understand how they are even in business or why the health department hasn't shut them down. There were stacks of old visibly used and dirty mattress's outside the main doors. The lady at the desk seemed surprised we asked about them like it was a normal thing. The rest of the exterior looked like it was falling apart. There were cracks in the building and the sign outside was half missing. The room was a total nightmare...Walls falling apart, pubic hair on the sheets and cigar buns in the bedspreads and coverlets. There were plastic tarps that covered the mattress and box spring as if they had sanitation issues. Holes, tears and stains in the upholstery of all the furniture in the room. Please don't stay here. Any good reviews must be severely outdated.
