I will review this company on every review site that exists! If ZERO stars were an option, it would be more accurate.
"Family owned and operated since 1975" IS A JOKE! I have a business. I have a family. For a company, like this, to exploit the "family business" concept- they should be ashamed. I am certain that they are not, however.
Customer service is terrible. They will charge you for services not rendered. The incompetent drivers may damage your property, and face no consequences. They will not hold up their part in any agreements (for example: large items or modified pick ups). It was a nightmare doing business with them for 5 years! Because of our location, we didn't have a choice. Looking back, I wish I had spent the extra money each month ($100+) and chose a different company. Lesson learned. I hope my reviews help someone- and prevent a contract from being signed!
