I registered on their website over a year ago, and set up a profile. Having not seen any responses in over a year, I reviewed my account regulary and I recently saw that my profile (email) contact information was incorrect. I emailed the Fastweb llc to ask them to correct this. The correction needed to be performed by the "Administrator" of the website due to the erroe I had observed in trying to correct this myself. The [email protected] line did not help me with my emailed request for assistance on 10-22-09. I have actually been given via email some difficulty over the request. My request was not yet been fulfilled and NO ASSISTANCE WAS PROVIDED by the person(s) on staff at Fastweb on 10-22-09 who replied to my emails to Fast Web.



I hope to get someone to attend to my request to this matter at FASTWEB LLC.
