Fast Movers began in 1989 with two trucks from Alaska and a few helpers willing to do the backbreaking labor needed to move furniture. Our first trucks were 1970s era old U-Haul trade-ins and became known for their checkerboard paint schemes. We quickly grew into a large professional moving and storage company dedicated to serving the moving needs of Utah, with 14 trucks and over 40 employees. We are happy to report that all of the first generation trucks are no longer in use and have been replaced with larger, reliable, and faster trucks to better serve your needs. "Finish First with Fast Movers" became our motto. We know that when it's time to move, there are 100 other things you would rather be doing. Our goal is to get your move completed quickly and as inexpensively as possible so you can get on with life. We now have the finest equipment, employees and techniques found anywhere. We work very hard to ensure only high quality and hard working people are hired at Fast Movers. All of our crew leaders must pass an extensive background search, have a clean driving record, be drug/alcohol free, and must be courteous to customers! We don't hire gang members, people with excessive tattoos, or temporary laborers; our employees are clean-cut and care about the work they do! Additionally, all employees undergo regular training sessions to enhance their skills. This allows Fast Movers to remain at the forefront of the moving industry.

Moving out of state? Driving the load there yourself? Let us professionally pack your rental truck to be certain that your possessions arrive in good condition! We regularly load Penske, Budget, U-Haul, and ABF trailers for customers. We also load storage/shipping containers.

Do you have to get out of your current house but don't have anywhere to go? Store your house in ours! In November 2001 we moved into our new facility and offer indoor climate controlled storage for your household goods. We offer short term to long-term storage and can arrange for cross-country shipping of your items.
All items that we store at our warehouse are inventoried and labeled. Pricing is based on the square footage of space occupied. Monthly statements are sent out at the first of each month.

We also move offices. Office moves need to be treated differently than residential moves. After all, time is money, right? When an office is relocated it is important to minimize downtime as much as possible. If the phones aren't ringing, you're losing money! And you can't answer the phone when it's packed in a box!
