Worst customer service.
Makes appointments and doesn't keep them. Does not have the courtesy to call and tell you they are running late or can't make it. I have used them before and they are always late, this time was the worst. No show, No call, 2 days in a row, very bad business. This is warranty work not done. I won't give them even 1 star, but the system makes you.

Fast & Easy performed a freon recharge on my freezer and offered a 3 month written warranty on the parts and labor. The freon leaked out and the freezer did not work. Fast & Easy wont refund the money, despite their 3 month written warranty. These guys are out to rip you off...overpriced work and wont honor their own written warranty...this is a joke of a company!!

I called sears they couldn't have a tech out to my place until next week and their service call was extremely high. I ran across fast and easy appliance and they were able to have a tech here at my house this same morning, they have great customer service i will keep using this company and i surely will recommend it to my friends Thanks fast and easy

I received great service from this company!My oven was not working. I placed a service call about 1pm on a Wednesday. The service technician arrived the same day around 4:45pm. By 5:15pm my oven was working again. I highly recommend this company for any of your repair needs.

these guys are amazing i called them and they had my stove back up and runing that same day prices are very fair i would defently recomend them and call them again

These guys mark up parts 170%, and double charge labor. Tech couldn't explain why one part was replaced, his only comment was the dryer was 10 years old. I guess he thinks everyone is a moron.
