These people treat the clients worst than pigs and they didn't fix the issue I had with the struts of my car. The guys in charge of the shop are extremely disorganized and make mistakes with the parts that they need to order. It took them a week to replace a pair of struts, and they did not fix the issue at all. Also, they lied about the cost of the parts. DO NOT GO TO FARR TIRE they are dishonest and have most inhumane treatment I have ever seen in customer service in the Camp Hill / Mechanicsburg PA area!!! BAD, BAD, BAD shop!

I purchased and had two tires installed at Farr's. They forced a lug nut on crooked and it snapped off. This repair cost me $58.oo at GM. When I went to Farr's they gave some very disappointing excuses and denied there mistake. UPDATE: I did receive a call from there manager and they agreed to pay half of this so this does restore my faith in this establishment.

I was able to get a hold of someone on the phone to talk about what tires sutied my car the best and was pleased that they equalled an online deal from tirerack.com. The tires also had a rebate on the tirerack.com website, Farr didn't have the rebate (the manufacturar gives them out to different companies at different intervals). Farr honored it and gave me cash on the spot because if I mailed it in I wouldn't get any rebate due to Farr having a different rebate period. I was well pleased with the way it was handled. They have TV and wifi too while you wait.

As a former Tire Store Manager for the biggest company out there today, I can tell you that if your looking for the honesty, integrity and value, this is the right place.
