Just say NO! by
Just thought you should know! -
I wish I could give her a 'minus star rating"!!! She has no range of information or awareness: AKA- no knowl-edge! If you ask an actual insurance question she tells you it will be in the paper work that will come in the mail, or she has to ask her secretary to look it up on line even tho she has a computer on her desk!!!! Don't ever go in 'on the fly' and try to pay with cash... they have no change if YOU don't have the exact change!!!!! But she can put it toward your next bill! What a joke. I realize every one pays with a card now days but remember cash?Or I was told I could do it on line... if that is the case what do I need her for? Also, it was snowing and she had not plowed her parking lot and I fell. To bad I wasn't hurt, I could have used my useless insurance for once!!! To cheap to have cash on hand and to cheap to plow. I couldn't find her number and needed to call her, for something that she messed up on my bill, but no where is she listed in the 3rd st. building. She has old numbers and old addresses but couldn't find the real one. I finally got the spelling of her impossible name... and called. And last but not least... her office smells like wet dog, and rotten food. But that is probably her breath... ever heard of a toothbrush? Even on the other side of the desk I could smell it. Go anywhere but her office for insurance, I did and am now smiling again. How was she sold a franchise? The corporate office of Farmers Insurance should take some time to investigate her.
RUN FAR FAR AWAY by
She is the most unprofessional business person I have ever come across. Sleazy, slimy, absolutely horrible to work with. She forges client signatures daily, steals leads from businesses that sell leads, will do absolutely anything to get to the top. Let's make sure she never gets there. A leads rep actually bought the domain mae lesliescheppegrell.com so that she could never use it and so that he could put the truth about her up on the internet. This is after she bought leads from his business and then reported the transaction as fraud through her credit card company. Sickening and dishonest.
