Totally Awesome by Sad Mom - 07/16/2009Two weddings in less than a year is a nightmare by itself. After ordering and paying for a dress from another shop for daughter number 1 and having a nightmare experience - dress didn't fit, wasn't ready with only 4 weeks left we went to Fantasy and they had a dress on the rack that fit better than the special order from the other shop. They bent over backwards to get it ready and daughter number 1 had a great experience. Of course we went back for daughter number 2 and it was such a pleasant change not to have to worry about anything. I would recommend this store with 10 stars. The staff is professional and know what they are doing. Thank You Fantasy. Our daughters looked beautiful.
Fantasy Bridal by bride5667 - 07/13/2009I don't know what everyone is talking about, Fantasy Bridal was AWESOME! I had no problem making an apointment to get fitted. They called me to let me know my dress was finished (it was even earlier than the date they had given me). They were always so nice and REALLY great to work with. I would suggest this place to anyone - they have a great selection of dresses and the staff is REALLY friendly. My dress fits perfectly now and I'm really glad I went through Fantasy Bridal!
Wonderful experience by satisfied customer - 07/02/2009This place was wonderful I wouldn't recommend any other place to get a dress. I'm a bit bigger of a girl and I've never felt comfortable about myself. I didn't have a wonderful experience like most girls do finding my wedding dress because I didn't feel as pretty. I went to fantasy bridal and it was amazing. They made me feel so warm and welcome. I didn't have a lot of money but they didn't care, I could tell all they cared about was making sure I found a dress I loved and felt beautiful in, and also that I could afford. At first I was feeling uncomfortable as always, but as the experience went on they made me feel more beautiful than I ever have and I happily found my perfect dress, in a reasonable price range and I felt every bit as beautiful as all those skinny pretty brides. Worst retail experience of my life! by LittleMissy - 09/26/2008As a bridesmaid, this shop was a nightmare! The manager was beyond rude and confrontational to everyone, refused to accomodate the MOH (who lives an hour away) for a Saturday fitting, made her pick up her dress to have it fitted elsewhere (yet when she picked it up- on a saturday- they were doing fittings! Apparently, they're reserved for "out of towners"), charged the plus-sized cost for normal sized dresses, and nearly ruined one of the dresses with one week to go to the wedding. The bride had to get extra fabric overnighted to fix it! When the bride called to complain, the manager blamed it on us, yelled at the bride, made her cry and hung up the phone on her. From the reviews on other sites, it sounds like we aren't the only wedding party to have issues with this store, and it all points back to that manager. I'll be getting married this year and I will not give them my business if this is how they treat a paying customer! They should be ashamed!
Fantasy Bridal by EHH - 10/20/2007We purchased a dress here and it was not a fantasy it was a nightmare. The extra charges for this and that , the dress was dirty, and the alterations were not done correctly, they ordered in a much larger dress than necessary so the price on alterations were higher. The dress did not come in and we finally contacted the supplier to find out where and when this dress would come, because they kept telling us they had no idea. The dress was received two days before the bridal photos and we had ordered and paid for it four months prior to that. BE CAREFUL unless the dress is in the store and it fits perfectly. The staff is less than friendly and not very courteous or kind.
wedding dress heaven by dloras - 10/13/2007I've had five daughters married and Bridal Fantasy has always been the first place we go to look for bridal dresses. They have excellent and wide selections of dresses at reasonable prices, and they have all the extras you need to go with your wedding dress, like veils, slips, bustiers, shoes, garment bags. Alterations and financing services are offered, as well as good advice. But what I liked the very most was the way they made my daughters feel beautiful. We had a delightful experience finding the perfect dress.
