I have had problems in the past with hair dressers cutting my hair the wrong way or dying my hair the wrong color. I have been going to see James since Jan 2010 and he is now the only person that I will let cut and dye my hair! The customer service is great every time I go in there; my boys get their hair cut there too and they always do a great job! Every person who complements me on my hair I tell them to go and see James. I do agree that they are always busy but that is a good thing; you know then that they do a good job and people keep on coming back because they are satisfied. I recommend this salon to everyone, they are worth the wait! Exspecialy James!

I called ahead to see what kind of stuff they actually did, I was planning on highlighting my hair. Very helpful on pricing and and answering my questions. But they day I had to do this I called ahead to see if they were busy because they take walk ins only. The employee who answered my phone call told me to come in about 230 because they were busy up until this point. I came in about 215 and was told that they wouldn't be able to see me until after 4pm and ontop of that I got yelled at by the front desk employee.
