I needed to begin treatment for sleep apnea and Lisa told me that Family Medical Supply would work with me and my insurance to pay for the price of the equipment by only paying my deductible at the time of the appointment and billing the rest. The day before my appointment, though, I was told I had to pay the price of the equipment in full, and finance the mask and tubing. Lisa told me outright she had never told me they would work with me on the price of the equipment, but only the mask and tubing (which she didn't mention in our first several phone calls). Needless to say, I did not purchase my equipment from Family Medical Supply. I have friends who have done business with them in the past and never had a problem. Just make sure you speak to someone who knows what they are talking about and hope they don't change their story the next day, week, or month.
