Rude, not helpful, didn't care

I've been here a couple of different times hoping my bad experience was just an isolated event but NO it wasn't! The nurses were great and nice but the nurse practitioner was very rude, she was more worried about getting me in and out. She didn't listen to what was wrong with me she just wrote a prescription and sent me out the door. The medicine didn't help and I had to go somewhere else. She was VERY RUDE and acted like I was bothering her for coming in to be treated. Like I said this has happened 3 times now because I gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought she might of had an off day, but she has been this way all 3 visits. DO NOT GO HERE SHE WILL NOT HELP YOU AND TALK TO YOU LIKE YOUR AN IDIOT...

This is the second time we have had to use the Falls PLUS Urgent care and the second time that the situation was far worse than the Dr / Nurse Practictioner diagnosed. The first was my sons knee in August. They took one xray it wasn't broken, then said just wear a brace for a couple of weeks it should get better. It didn't get better, I was told to call if it didn't and they would refer me to the orthopeadic Dr. I called after two weeks and the Dr specifically said I had to come back to their office again before they would refer me. I know in both visits this Dr did not look for ligament damage, even though they knew this was from a sports injury, The office then tried to get me an appointment but it was another month away, so I took things into my own hands and called the Orthopeadic Specialist myself and got the child in that same week. It turned out the child had an ACL tear, a Miniscus tear, and a Micorfracture. Now this past Sunday, we had to go to this Urgent care again for my husband. He had tore his finger with a pressure washer and same doctor, just put a band aid on it and said you were lucky. After two days it hadn't stopped bleeding completely and it was swollen beyond belief. Went to our family doctor and he said we should have come back to him on Monday. He then refered my husband to a specialist and now we have another surgery!The delay from the both incorrect diagnosis only made the situations worse.I would not recommend going to this Urgent care.

The receptionist was extremely rude. Did not greet as we were standing at the counter for five minutes. She was sitting there laughing and cutting up with a fellow worker.Did not even want to stay to find out what the doctors were like.

I was very sick, my doctor could not see me and sent me to urgent care in Granite Falls, NC.The doctor was rude so was the nurse and staff. They took blood and its been almost two weeks and no results and no one seems to know where the blood work is, not even my regular doctor.I call after ten days and they did not even have a record of it then told me that it takes time, told me to call back in a few days. Ten days is enough time to get blood work back. Maybe they were having a bad day buit so was I. I am not trying to be critical, but my experience was unpleasant.
