Drinks, snacks, reading material and entertainment are complimentary with custom catering available. Private relief facilities not available on some corporate and commuter aircraft are available on our aircraft.

The Telluride Regional Airport is the highest commercial airport in the United States with an elevation of over 9,000 feet above sea level. It is surrounded closely by mountains of over 14,000 feet. Telluride's short runway and restricted instrument approach procedures severely limit reliable access to this airport by other aircraft or operators.

During the winter months approximately 20% of the scheduled commuter airline flights divert to other airports that are hours away by ground vehicle from the resort area of Telluride over dangerous two-lane mountain roads.

Large corporate and fractional ownership jets fare much worse on arrival reliability as there is no published instrument approach to accommodate these larger jets. There are limited hangar facilities for large jets at the airport resulting in expensive deicing and delayed departures in the winter months. Most jets are further limited in the warm summer months by high density altitudes in that they only have the range to go short distances if they can safely depart at all.
