MINUS zero! Do not give these people your money, particularly their salesman, 'Moose'. They talk a great talk, but when you choose not to proceed, forget getting your down payment returned in a timely fashion. Are they using your money to support their business while you sit and wait for your money to be returned...buyer beware of these people and their practices!

My husband and I were looking for an affordable option as a starter home rather than paying rent. Factory Homes Outlet was wonderful to work with! They had several options that worked for our situation and also helped us with getting a loan set up. We love our home and so glad we are no longer paying rent!

This place is horrible I can agree with both other posters, they take your deposit put it in their pocket and say see ya! that's after trying to pull shady moves to get you for more money and when I say more I mean A LOT of money. Don't even waste your time

Don't bother even calling. They won't even provide general info about cost to set-up a home on land.

Not happy with service received the woman we work with lied to us about our deposit. Gave her all our savings saying we were approved. if we were not approved for home we wanted would get us into something. Well the bank denied us on any amount and now she says none of our money if refundable. Now all our money is gone and my husband and I have to continue to live separate state because we can not afford to move together. Will never use this company again nor recommend you to anyone. Hope my 3000.00 makes a difference to you because it was all we had to build a better life together with.
