Terrible experience! We were looking for a freezer, had done our homework, and had a good idea of prices. Brand Source's prices were a little higher. I commented about it and he salesman started to badmouth the competition instead of highlighting the aspects that differentiate Brand Source's products, services, or support. My wife asked about a feature that she wanted and he began lecturing us on how we could make a model of freezer work that didn't have that feature. I stopped him as we weren't interested in a work around or lectures. He became belligerent and even more arrogant. It didn't get any better from there. We will not shop in the Greeley Brand Source again!!

just wanted to let you know that it must be nice to own a company that can afford to lose a $2000.00 sell. I was at your Greeley Colo store and the manager is so rude and does not care how the customer feels. He does not try to help a female customer that does not know for sure what she was needing. I was willing to pay to have the things done that I needed and was interested in purchasing possibly 2 single wall ovens. I would ask him questions and he seemed irritated that I was bothering him and that he had to look things up. The more I asked because things were not in stock the ruder he got. Another customer came in about 10 to 15 minutes after I did and instead of trying to help me get an order together he wanted to go help the other customer. I told him I had a meeting and would have to come back. He did not care about my time or that this was my second trip into the store. I finally told him that if he was too busy I would go else where. I would never buy from Brand So

I just bought a fridge from these guys and the installers are the best I have ever dealt with. Took extreme care moving the old one out and the new one in. Really happy with the service from Brand Source Greeley.

I own several rental properties and remodel houses as well. I have never found better pricing and the service level is uncomparable. There is no point buying your appliances anywhere else.

Bought all my appliances at Brand Source when I remodeled my kitchen. Finally found a store that had employees that knew what they were talking about. Did what they said they were going to do and when I had a problem with my dishwasher, it got fixed the next day. I would not go anywhere else.
