Helpful, Knowledgeable, Respectful

Ed helped me with a old Jennaire Modular range. In my case, he could diagnose the problem over the phone (cause I could open up the back and do what he said todo to test a couple of things). He let me order the part then came and installed it for me without any hassle. Honest quote for the work performed. Will use him again!
