Paid $8,000 for a brand new sewer system, $2,000 more than all the other bids, and was told I would not have any tree root in my system for 50 years. Eight years after the install I had roots in my lines and a basement full of water. There was no interest al all in helping me fix my problem, simply that it was not their problem.Another example if fine salesmanship on the fromt end, with zero commitment to the customer after the sale.

Had Eyman replace a leaking gate valve in a very difficult location. They were prompt and very courteous and clean and the work was done in minimal time in a very professional manner. I would use them again anytime I need plumbing services.

was disappointed with billing practices of this company. plumber gave me a work order with one amount, and company billed me another amount. was warned about them, wish I would have listened. not sure how they have stayed in business for so long. thinking about going to bbb

Very pleased with the excellent service they provided. And was pleasantly surprised with the professionalism of the plumber, Brian, which has been hard to find with other plumbers here in Omaha.

I have heard great things about this company, but cannot accurately rate it because they didn't show up. When they hadn't shown up an hour after my appointment time, I called and was told they'd be there within the next few hours. A few hours passed, I called again and they said they'd check with the plumber and call me right back. They didn't. I booked another plumber from a different company who was able to come immediately.I understand emergencies come up that take priority before my call, but a little communication from the company would have gone a long way.
