WebsiteEYEcenter Optometric was founded in May of 1960 in Sacramento by Dr. Fred Fuerst. As the practice grew, Dr. Palmer Lee came on board in the 1970's to work with Dr. Fuerst. In 1983, Dr. Fred Fuerst's son Dr. Randall Fuerst joined the practice, and then came Dr. Scott Gittins in 1987 shortly after completing his Doctorate in Optometry. At this point EYEcenter Optometric opened up other offices in Gold River (Rancho Cordova) as well as in Rocklin--both of which are still going strong seeing patients today.
After nearly 53 years of business, EYEcenter continues to provide sophisticated and quality care with a personal touch that has patients returning year after year.
