My family loves going to Eye Works for all our eye care!. Dr Pauline really takes her time with each member of my family- not just with the exam, but helping us choose our eyewear and answering any questions we have. We don't feel rushed at all! Barb is so sweet and is very knowledgeable about all aspects of this business. I love how when we go in there, the pugs are right there to great us...Ivery fun atmosphere. I really like the fact that they are animal lovers. If anyone has a problem with allergies to the dogs, they will accomodate to them - turn up air purifier, keep dogs out of sight... just let them know in advance. Excellent customer service. We have been going there for 5 years now, and wont go anywhere else!

She has several dogs running around her store- so don't go in if you have allergies. Also, she may have toys in the back, but make sure your child picks up after themselves. Pauline yelled at my kids (which I believe is my job as a parent) for not picking up a toy. Bad customer service and I would not go back again.
