I have used Eye Savers for many years. A few times my glasses have broken or lost a screw or just needed cleaning and I received FREE excellent service those times. Recently I did a walk-in because my vision seemed to have worsened suddenly. I waited my turn and after checking me Dr. Assantes immediately got me an appointment with Eye Associates to see an opthamalogist. I just had eye surgery yesterday and the world is much clearer now. Eye Savers is conveniently located and has always carried a large selection of frames to choose from which I appreciate.

I WISH THAT I COULD RATE THIS PLACE NO STARSI have never experience the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, I was given the run around about the fact I never had a contact prescription EVEN AFTER PAYING 80+ For contact EXAM With DR.ROBERT ASSANTES O.D I WAS GIVEN A EYEGLASS PRESCRIPTION WHILE AS A CUSTOMER YOU BELIEVE IT WAS THE CONTACT PRESCRIPTION UNTIL YOU TRY AND GET IT FILLED,(WARNING THEY HAVE A CONTACT POLICY THAT THEY DON'T SHOW YOU AND THEY DON'T MAKE YOU SIGN AND EXPECT YOU TO KNOW THAT IF YOU SHOULD FAIL TO KEEP YOUR FOLLOW-UP APPOINTMENT YOUR DOCTOR WILL BE UNABLE TO WRITE YOU A CONTACT PRESCRIPTION AND YOUR MONEY WOULD HAVE BEEN A WASTED, THE SAD PART IS THEY KEEP POOR RECORDS OF SIGNED POLICIES,I WAS ALSO VERY OFFENDED THAT DR. ROBERT ASSANTES WOULD SAY TO ME DON'T TALK TO HIM LIKE HE IS FROM THE STREETS I REALLY FELT THAT HE WAS IMPLYING THAT I WAS FROM THE STREET DUE TO THE FACT THAT HIS CUSTOMERS SERVICES WAS WRONG, ITS NOT A GOOD FEELING TO FEEL INSULTED DUE TO POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE AGAIN I AM BEING FORCED TO PAY 45 MORE DOLLARS FOR A CONTACT LENS REFIT(PLEASE SAVE TIME AND MONEY AND GO TO WALMART OR SAMS WHERE YOU PAY FOR A CONTACT PRESCRIPTION AND WALK OUT WITH IT THE SAME DAY)
