These guys were great. The car was clean, and our driver Miguel was professional and courteous. We highly recommend them and are using them to pick us up. I know not all reviews are positive but not enough happy people leave reviews. I figured we would.

STAY AWAY!! The party bus showed up 45 minutes late, without even the benefit of a phone call. The driver showed up in jeans and a t-shirt and was RUDE. He never told us he wasn't the driver and was very unprofessional. 5 minutes later (now 50 minutes late) the REAL driver showed up. We found out the rude, unprofessional guy was the owner who would have driven us had the real driver not shown up!!! Blamed the delay on traffic, but never called us or apologized. Once the real driver got there, it was great, but do you really want to give business to someone that rude and unprofessional? THINK TWICE!!!

I recently booked transportation to and from LAX to San Pedro Port for our Royal Carribean Cruise, Sandra was an exceptional booking agent and got every detail exactly right. Price was extremely competitive as well. Vehicles were well kept ands clean and drivers (Jesse and Frank) were great!!



We also did a 5 hour tour of LA w/ Jesse (Driver) and he was so patient, easy going and answered every dumb question a family of 5 could throw at him. He also knew the area like the back of his hand. HIs short cuts and alternate routes really saved us time and provided a first class tour!

I got married in December and I thought this would be a great limo service. There were many things wrong with my experience. The limo was late 45 minutes to picking us up and my mom had to call 3 times to get them to come. When the driver finally came, he was disheveled and wasn't smiling or anything. He drove like a madman (probably because he was late) and he made us carsick on the way back from the wedding. While riding in the car, he had the windows up and we asked him twice to let us roll down the windows to get air since we were all car sick. We couldn't get out of the car quick enough when we got to the reception. Also, to top off the whole experience, our cooler had no ice in it and only had a few waters and sodas floating inside it. We were supposed to have champagne and didn't even get that! It was a horrible experience! Please do not go through this company-save yourself some grief!
