Our salesman Marquis was a go getter and after a lil time with us and time with Sam made a deal on a sectional.Will definitely buy from Exclusive Furniture again and hopefully with Marquis our salesman again.

Go see Sergio great salesman and takes a lot of time with you.To make sure you are happy with what your purchasing. This is the second time I have been to this location and I have always had the best customer service than anywhere else.

Mr. Brandon was my sales representative and he greeted me at the door which is great because I don't like to shop - I like to get what I came for and leave. He was helpful and not aggressive. I know sales representatives work in most case on commission, but I am very particular about customer service being more about me and less about the sale. I appreciate a nice balance between the need to sale and my needs of satisfaction. I had one purpose for my visit today - my living room. Mr. Brandon assisted me well in this area today and did not pressure me to buy anything extra once I expressed my reason for coming. I was also pleased with being able to communicate my financial budgetary needs. I was impressed with the service I received, and I am looking forward to returning this time next year!

The customer service here was great. They have really friendly as well as knowledgeable staff in this place. Very kind staff and they are also very helpful. The delivery options were great here at this place. Always on time. They are very professional. A lot of brands and shades. Never disappointing when you come here because they have so many items to choose from. Great elements and themes. Over the top quality. Excellent in all aspects. The type of quality you would be willing to pay high prices for. I love this place and the quality of the items. Really satisfied!
