I've used this cleaners for 3 years and I have 20 to 30 dress shirts and 8 or 10 pants a month either dry cleaned or laundered. I have had three glitches out of a collective 1,200 items in 3 years and they were great with me as far as getting the items redone quickly and correctly and having a really good attitude about doing it. By the way, 3 out of 1,200 or so is actually .0025% or one-quarter of one percent. Pretty good numbers if you ask me.

I left 15 dressing shirts to Excell Cleaners twice already because they had a prepaid deal.



1st they charged me for dry clean when I know as a fact that they did laundry all my shirts.



2nd five of my dressing shirts were not 100% clean by the collar and wrist, so I took them back. They did clean them again but I was not really happy with the results. (I just walked away)



3rd After I used them all, I took them back to them to give them a second chance and prepaid again with the feeling that this time everything is going to be all right.



4th At the pick up some of them were dirty and I did not accept them and ask them to clean them again. When I picked them up Miguel “the owner” was there and told me that he can not be cleaning all my shirts over and over because they have more customers and do not have time for double cleaning. He was really rude and after a discussion he asked me no to bring them any more pieces refusing service arguing that I was slowing down his business by returning some of the shirts back. I even told him what he was doing was wrong and I was going to reporting to BBB and write bad review; he did not care.



I was on my right because Excell Cleaners did non-deliver of goods or services I paid for and an unsatisfactory service after my purchase. Also advertising I think was misleading because they change for Dry Clean when do Laundry.
