I had car problems (far from my home) last Sat. while I was in Gettysburg and my call for help resulted in Phil from Excalibur coming to tow us. He was very pleasant and efficient but I was distressed to learn that a mechanic would not be available at the shop he represented until Monday. However when I learned of a place that would check my car the same day he was agreeable to taking it there and saved the day for us. We were back on the road within a few hours. Thank you to Phil!
