filling bankrupcy6-15-2009 by nermina milutinovic - 06/22/2009i think the firm is much better than other firms out there,we went in,Mr Kent Linquist was very nice,but it takes a time before they can fille,it is not up to them,rather to court,but people you need under to undestand that payment is requierd before they can do anything,,so pay up,and still after that it takes at least 100 days to go thru,so what are you complaining about,go ahead and hired other Attorney,but you will not be happy,i been there,and MR BOB Everhart does returns calls,,i just talk to him,,and so is everybody else..they are only people,,good luck
Still waiting by Irritated - 04/28/2009We started our bankruptcy with Bob in Feb 2008. He told us it would take two months to file and to this date it still has not been filed. We also can never get ahold of him. We are also considering finding another lawyer.
