The ESC Mission:

"To prevent accidental deaths and injuries by being a resource for safety training, consulting and information for businesses and citizens of Washington State and the Greater Northwest. To support related programs and legislative action that would improve safety in the workplace, on the highway, at home, and at play."

Evergreen Safety Council is a private, non-profit, non-governmental organization located in Seattle, Washington and Portland, Oregon. We maintain training facilities in Seattle, Portland, and Spokane, but are flexible enough to train almost anywhere our clients and members need us.

Evergreen serves the businesses, governmental entities, and communities of the States of Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Alaska through the dissemination of safety and health information and the provision of safety and health training. We work very closely with Region X of the Federal Department of Labor/OSHA, whose service area is identical to that of the Safety Council as well as the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration's (NHTSA) Pacific Northwest Region. We also have a strong relationship with the staffs of Washington's Division of Occupational Safety & Health (DOSH) and Oregon's OR-OSHA as well as the Departments of Transportation in Washington, Oregon, and Idaho.

Evergreen Safety Council is a member of the National Safety Council and is a Founding Member of the American Association of Safety Councils.

Evergreen Safety Council's goal is to be the most recognized resource for health and safety training and services for businesses and organizations throughout the Greater Northwest.
