Do not order from this shady florist. Place an order online for my MIL for Mother's Day. The website accepted my order and credit card information. About an hour later I received a phone call (went to voicemail since it was almost 9pm my time...I live on the east coast) stating they do not deliver to the address (in Chattaroy) I was having my order delivered to. So I call back and an Asian lady answers the phone. She tells me no, sorry, they can't deliver because they have over 300 orders to deliver tomorrow and Chattaroy is too far. I've lived there in WA in the past and "too far" is really a matter of personal opinion and one I don't happen to agree with. She didn't speak English very well but she spoke enough to keep repeating that they didn't do anything wrong and that it was my fault I ordered flowers to be delivered to an address they don't always deliver to. Well, actually lady, you did do something wrong. It's 2015 and this is America. First, learn to speak non-broken English. Second, don't allow your website to accept orders for zip codes you don't deliver to on a regular basis. If you only deliver to Chattaroy when you don't have 300 other orders to deliver, don't let your website accept those orders. Really, that's good business not rocket science. They say they didn't charge my card but actually there is a pending charge on my account right now.

The absolute worst florist i have ever dealt with. Orderd flowers online for my mother -in- laws birthday, and she never recieved the flowers. 3 days later no flowers still. Called the shop to ask for a refund and was told that we would get a call back, never happened. Called the following day (5 days later after ordering the flowers) and asked for a refund and instead they charged us again! So now we have two charges with no flowers. Obviously we arn't getting through to these people, so we had to go through our bank and got it disputed. So angry and upset with this poor service.

I would 100% definitely recommend and use Evergreen Florist whenever I want to send flowers again! They are very friendly, have really fair delivery charges, and their flowers are beautiful!! I ordered flowers for a funeral and they took care of everything just as I had specified.

I will never again use the more well known floral chains, when Evergreen Florist has everything I want and need, and without the ridiculous flower AND delivery prices!

My husband bought me some roses for Valentine's Day from here, and they were the most exquisite flowers I have ever seen. Not only were the flowers beautiful, but they were arranged with baby's breath and evergreen. The bouquet was huge! I will definitely buy more flowers from here.
