I am new to this town. Before I knew there was Urgent Care services, I went to a local hospital and found the check in and triage procedure unprofessional and not private. When I needed urgent care this time and my Dr. couldn't see me for several days, I went to Evergreen Urgent Care. The C heck in person was cordial, attentive, and very efficient. When I was called to the assessment area, There were two people, each doing different tasks and overlapping well. It was a private area. They were professional, interested, and efficient. The PA was just great. Explaining things succinctly and gave great eye contact and listened.I am a retired professional customer service evaluator . Evergreen hands down.
