I had a torn cornea that became infected and was super painful. This was the only office that would give me a same day appointment on a Saturday. When I got there, the staff treated me very kindly and were very sympathetic to the pain that I was in. Dr. Moore insisted on me coming back to see her daily until the eye felt better.

I visited Dr. Moores office for a contact lens check up and follow up appointment. I wasn't made to sit in the waiting room long, and the appointment itself was completed in a timely manner. When I was ordering new contacts, Danielle also offered me some samples of new products to try as well. She also explained how frequently I should be using them. I'm grateful for this because it made me aware that I may have been over-using products.

After almost 4 months of seeing Dr. Moore she still was unable to provide me with contacts that worked. I finally had to pay out of pocket to go somewhere else (and received the perfect contact prescription). Dr. Moore's staff told me that there was no way to get my brand of contacts without waiting...not true. The other place had tons of that brand and never had to order trials for me. Dr. Moore might be okay with glasses prescription, I don't know, but she does not know contacts. Also, I realized that they don't sanitize anything in that office...gross.
