After years of being loyal customer I refuse to deal with the new management and sales people with Evans, not only are they unprofessional there service is slacking and there techs seem to milk it out for all its worth. If you ever have to deal with Dawn Evans you will understand what I am saying. Boyd had a good thing going there and for what ever reason bring her in has ruined it all

I haven't been more mad at a company than I have with Evans. I don't like their sales team, front office is ran like Nazi camp and the billing is horrible. The service was one of the best I had ever had when working with Cory and Todd but now the service is terrible and you have to watch your female workers around a few of the service techs. I will be using other companies to purchase from and service.

Evans was a great company to work with When Boyd and his son ran the business, now its a total wreck. I am a owner of many stores and I plan on using different equipment because I refuse to work with Cory Evans and his wife. The billing since the old office manager left is horrible and the people at Evans treat you just like any other Joe Blow. I am done wth this company and hope others follow.
