If you need a new roof this company is second to none.Ive been in construction all my life and it�s rare I see the workmanship this company offers.They have replaced two roofs for me,I couldn�t ask for a better job.

The experience was a pleasant one beginning with the first meeting where we picked out the type shingles we wanted, We had seen this company put roofs on in our community and liked what we saw and heard about them. They sent enough of a crew to our home that they were finished in 2 days. they were careful to pick up nails and other debris as they worked. When we discovered a small problem after the job was done, they came out immediately and fixed the problem to our satisfaction. I would recommend them to anyone who asks.

I called Eustis roofing to do a repair on the roof. They were recommended to me as a company who listens. The recommendation was very accurate. They came out, assessed the issue, and repaired the roof. No Drama, no issues. They did what they said they would do for the price they quoted - ya can't beat that!!

This is the worse roofing company ever. First the re-roof my house and nailed an ac line we found out after contacted an ac company cause of ac not working properly. Then due to their poor performance the roof was leaking and after several calls to get them to come out all they did was apply kilz and caulking what kind of repair is that! Good luck to those who decide to go for the cheapest deal now I believe that you get what you pay for. After 3 quotes we chose Eustis Roofing cause we thought we had a deal guess not. After some research found out that most of their 5 star ratings are from family and friends. 

This company was able to immediately tell me why my mobile home roof had been leaking for a year that 12 other area companies did not see. They use the latest products on the current market that meets a customer's roof situation. They do NOT ask for any money up front and they do present a written contract estimate in detail of the work to be done. They are very professional and reliable. The little lift cart they use helps to get in small or narrow spots without damage to property, landscaping, septic tanks or drain fields. The entire crew is professional in the work they do and they DO clean up after the work is complete. I recommend this company highly and have scheduled for them to do another job for me in the future. A MUST to call them for ANY type of roof work. Rodney and Cheryl you guys are the best! A VERY Happy - Satisfied Customer.

We requested a reroof with removal of the old shingles and application of new shingles and felt paper. They removed the old, applied more nails to the decking to meet code, installed new felt paper, used 6 nails per shingle per code and also added additional venting to meet new regulations. The men worked worked hard two days straight in very hot weather. The area was removed of all debris and nails. The mitigation paperwork and pictures were completed timely and we received just shy of $400 of discount on our home insurance. The neighbors are all very impressed and so are we. Extremely pleased with Eustis Roofing. There's a reason they have been in business for 54 years!! They demonstrated professionalism and thoroughness throughout entire job. Kept me posted as it related to any delays caused by pending weather issues. As soon as it was "safe" to open my roof and perform the repairs, the crew was on time and did an excellent job. I would certainly recommend this company for any roofing concerns.

We called Eustis roofing out to our house for a quote on a new roof. They said they would get back to us with a quote in a couple of days. Two weeks go by and no quote!! No return phone call... NOTHING! I will go with Scotts Roofing because they at least got us a quote!!!

Eustis Roofing did an excellent job at a reasonable price. Completed the project in 2 days and cleaned up the area afterwards. No complaints. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

After asking around I sighned contract with Eustis Roofing. I have a friend who is a contactor recomend this company. We were very pleased with the job. We thought it would take at least 3 days. They had five guys and were done by the end of one day. The crew was very polite and did really incredible job cleaning around are home once the job was complete. My wife and I highly recommend this company.

A new roof was recently installed by Eustis Roofing on our home in The Villages. Their price was competive, and the estimate was reliable. No money was required until the job was done. Rodney was professional, and we liked it that he was a local family business working in the area for many years. Richard was here with the crew installing the new roof, and he was also courtious, and very professional. We are very happy with the job, and would recommend Eustis Roofing to anyone.

Contacted Eustis Roofing through recommendation from an electrical contractor. They provided an quick estimate and a excellent explanation of shingles available. I contracted Eustic Roofing to replace existing roof while I was not at the property. They did an excellent job on the roof, roof vents, solar ventilators, and clean up. The only item missed was the vent for the gas water heater. It was damaged during re-roofinging and the collar was not sealed with silicon chalk when replaced. This item was noted by the home inspector. The company followed up with a personal note after the job was complete. I would recommend Eustis Roofing, giving them an overall score of 97%.

After talking with Rodney from Eustis Roofing, I determined him to be an honest person and decided not to get any additional bids. Rodney and his crews did an excellent and professional job. Cheryl was very helpful in picking out the shingle color, choosing the warranty upgrade and the scheduling. One of the roofers found our dryer vent to be disconnected and spewing exhaust into our attic space. He notified us and corrected the problem by going into the attic space. This was impressive to me and exhibited their knowledge, caring, and professionslism in doing the job.We feel the pricing was fair and the installation workmanship was excellent. We definitely recommend Eustis Roofing and have the highest regard for both Rodeny and Cheryl Reisman.Spencer & Patsy Moore
