Provided by YP.comIt's now the 6th or 7th time that I was to see Tom Atkins: I needed a new crystal for another one of my collector's wristwatches (an automatic LONGINES Conquest, 18Kt rose gold). Tom explained that the nasty scratch that was bothering me could be removed by just polishing the old crystal, saving me the cost of a new one! He also adjusted the automatic movement and polished the case, all for an unexpected modest price. Excellent professional, customer friendly service, such rare experience these days!
