My dog contracted Parvo in their waiting area. When I asked why they would allow a dog with suspected Parvo to sit in the waiting room with other puppies and dogs, their response was "well, the owner should've taken him in through the side door". That is no excuse for a lack of communication among the staff that put other animals at risk. They hospitalized my dog at their expense and we were very fortunate that he survived. When we went back a couple years later for another round of immunizations, the vet tech had the nerve to treat me like crap and scold me for not coming in sooner. After I explained my reluctance to come in after their negligence nearly killed my dog, and his attitude completely changed for the better. We do not go to this office anymore. I can only hope they have changed procedures in the years following this experience.

The vets are very attentive and friendly. BUT….when taking our puppy in for immunizations, he contracted Parvo in the lobby waiting area. I don't know if they've changed their policies since then or not. They hospitalized our puppy, at their expense and tried to do right by us. Our puppy lived and we still take him there…..he is 3yrs now. However, I would very nervous about sitting in the lobby with another puppy in the future.

The front staff is very helpful and nice. The Doctors i've met seem very knowledgeable. I highly recomend this place

All of the doctors, especially Dr Macy, have gone above and beyond to keep our pets healthy. We are lucky to have found them. They truly do care!
