The lobby, with its towering timbers and massive native stone fireplace, will welcome your group with a feeling of spaciousness and permanence that echoes the Rockies themselves. The Estes Park Conference Center can accommodate groups as large as 1,000 people with ease.

Clustered around the main ballroom are plush, quiet seating areas perfect for conversations, planning, or relaxing. Subtle colors used throughout the center maintain the graciousness and sense of space established by that first impression.

Utilizing the latest concepts in conference facility design, and state-of-the-art audio/visual support systems, we can provide a flexibility of use to accommodate your specific needs. The center's 8,000 square foot ballroom divides into six independent, distraction-free meeting areas. Five additional breakout rooms of varying sizes are also available. All meeting rooms are non-smoking with easy access to outside smoking areas. In addition to our conference space, the Estes Park Conference Center spacious fireplace lobby area is available for displays, receptions and meal functions.
