Mrs. by Wonder Woman - 11/14/2009ERZ Animal Hospital is the best veterinary clinic this side of the Mississippi! Dr. David Hyde is incredible with animals. He has gifted hands. Dr. Hyde has saved my pets lives many times......I owe him my own life. Dr. Hyde has alwasy gone out of his way to help me. I love ERZ and I would NEVER go anywhere else!!!!! They are wonderful!

Dr. Hyde/Erz Animal Hospital by Tracy - 04/27/2009I have never had such great vet. care for my animals as with Dr. Hyde. When I had to put one of my dogs down due to liver cancer, both Dr. Hyde and his assistant, along with myself, were visibly upset and saddened. Dr. Hyde and his staff have always, for the past 15 years, ALWAYS provided nothing but the highest degree of animal care.
Murderers by jaimebean16 - 04/20/2009I have been going to ERZ for about three years now. They used to be very friendly and helpful.Then a couple of weeks ago, I took my Airedale in to get her checked.Dr. Hyde told me she had an infection in her uterus, and if I didn't get her spayed she would die. She got spayed last thursday, and afterwards Dr. Hyde told us he made a mistake, there was NO INFECTION. But he spayed her anyway.They kept her overnight, but two days later she let out a blood curdling scream and dropped dead.We called the Animal ER in Sunset, and they told us the only two ways she could've died were from a blood clot or internal bleeding, which would mean ERZ did not take care of her overnight.I called ERZ crying my eyes out and asked them how they killed my dog and told them they would never have my business again. Dr. Hyde just replied "Oh well."Not even a drop of remorse for killing my baby.I WILL NEVER GO TO ERZ AGAIN. THEY ARE MURDERERS.
