Nissan Of New Orleans used every tactic in the CROOKED book to cheat me into signing a contract for purchase of a vehicle. Aaron the finance manager lied to me about the extended warranty and the actual Manufacturers suggested retail price to get me to pay more. The sales people who were "hired guns" were brought in to sell cars using any tactic available. The vehicle I was interested in had no MSRP but I was told it was a 2014 model. I was driving and traded in a 2013 Honda Pilot touring with 9,000 miles. I would not knowingly buy a 2013 Nissan. The finance manager told me the MSRP was $53,+. After I came home I found the vehicle on the business web site at a MSRP of barely $51,000. The vehicle is way overpriced even if it were what I wanted. I thought the vehicle had 14 miles on it. Actually it has 14,000 + miles on it. The finance manager Aaron, had me sign using an electronic gizmo that e-contracted the deal with Nissan Motor Acceptance and I never saw the terms before I signed. When I got home and looked at the papers he stuffed into an envelope, the terms were nothing like what he said. The extended warranty was aftermarket, not a Nissan product as I was told. I have faxed several letters of rescission to Nissan Motor Acceptance and Nissan Of New Orleans with no results or even a telephone call. I will not license or title the vehicle in Mississippi so I guess it is a stalemate without BBB help.

Worst sales manager I've ever met.

When comparing to other dealers' advertised prices, he insisted that all other dealers are not including delivery and service fees to there advertised prices, and he attacked me personally by saying that I don't understand what he already told me.

Even after I accepted their advertised price, he said that they couldn't do it, that this was their bait and switch car, and he tried to add another $500 to the price.

I tried to speak with general manger to submit a complaint and I couldn't reach him.

STAY AWAY....................................

Eric Hill Nissan is the worst ...

Eric Hill Nissan is the worst at caring about their customers. I worked there and was fired because I refused to lie to any of my customers. I was deemed to honest for the business and not a good fit. I would tell anyone not to go there if they don't know anything about the car business. The customer service in the service dept. is even worst, they will tell you they fixed the problem and won't. Be very careful when going to this dealership especially if your getting a used car. I'm not mad because they let me go i'm glad, i really was only there because I wanted to work on my negotiating skills. It's part of what i'm going to school for and needed the experience. Be aware when you deal with any car dealership especially this one!!!!

One star is way too much!!! ...

One star is way too much!!! Never go to this awful dealership. They lie and Do not care about their customers! They simply do not know what theyre doing. They promise items in the negotiations, but do not follow through. They'll put cheap aftermarket products on your vehicle and believe you're dumb enough to not know the difference. They are scam artists. Never patronize Eric Hill Nissan. There are good dealerships out there that really do care about their customers and will treat them with respect. Eric HillNissan doesn't deserve our business. Respect yourself and go elsewhere.

I checked them out

I live on the Northshore near a Nissan dealership and after shopping there and being told that they wouldn't negotiate on an new Quest for my wife because the factory can't get them more I checked out Eric Hill even after some mixed reviews that were posted about them. I have to tell you I am glad I made the drive, they treated me like a friend of the family, our salesperson, Anthony Lewis did a great job and knew the Quest inside and out, they were easy to negotiate with and the finance manager Antonio got us a great rate. It took a little while for them to get the car cleaned but everyone entertained our four year old so I made it bearable. All in all it was a great experience and I will let my friends and neighbors know that it was well worth the trip to the east for a great deal and friendly people.

AWFUL FRAUDS - they STOLE $4000 from me and sold me a Lemon

Eric Hill Nissan sold me a car in November 2009 and it began to literally fall apart in June 2010.

I contacted the dealership and Nissan Consumer Affairs. The used car sales manager screamed at me and hung up on me.

The consumer affairs office fired the manager and then told me that he stole $4000 from me but they could do nothing to help me; only the dealership could refund.

Mr. Eric Hill himself has not returned any of my phone calls.

I have reported them to the BBB and now have any attorney to help me!

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM ERIC HILL NISSAN - THEY ARE CON-ARTISTS AND THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!
