Environmental Technical Institute-ETI in Itasca, Illinois provides hands-on and classroom instruction in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration. In only seven months, you can have the knowledge and experience needed to land a great job in the HVAC industry. We make sure our students receive the best possible education by providing hands-on training from HVAC and HVAC-R experts. We also maintain small classes sizes so that every student receives the attention they deserve.

We provide outstanding job placement for those requesting assistance. Our education services at our Itasca and Blue Island campuses grant our students access to industry resources, expertise, area employers, the most demanding job opportunities, and the latest innovations in the field.

We offer two programs, an HVAC Technology Certificate Program that takes seven months, and the HVAC Basic Associated Equipment Certificate Program that lasts for 12 months. Classes begin at nine yearly intervals. The cost for the programs includes all the amenities you’ll need to succeed, including workbooks, starter school supply set, ETI uniform shirts, tutoring, graduation picture, certificate of completion, and permanent assistance.

We also offer financial assistance, including:

• A Federal Pell grant
• Federal Direct Stafford loans
• Federal Direct Plus loan

Upon graduation, we continue to allow our students access to our campus and resources. You may attend or audit courses, use our library’s audio and visual materials, stay in contact with your instructors, and make full use of our job placement opportunities. Environmental Technical Institute’s students are family, and we do everything to help our family.

Our basic enrollment requirements include a driver’s license, a clean criminal background, and a high school diploma. You must also be at least 17 years old.
